Custom Orders

At FS Fine Watches, some watches are considered special orders. These include:

• Watches priced over $300,000.
• Watches specifically requested by a customer.
• Watches brought in on consignment and not originally part of our store’s collection.

For Nationwide Orders

• Customers outside are responsible for paying for return shipping, insurance, duties, and taxes.
• Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Any damage or loss during shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
• We recommend using a reliable shipping service that offers tracking and insurance for safe delivery.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will start the refund process.

For Local Orders:

• If you’re in the local area, returning an item is free of charge.
• FS Fine Watches will cover the return delivery costs, so they won’t be deducted from your refund.
• Once we receive the returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to make sure it meets our quality standards before processing your refund.

Refund Process

• Once your return is approved, and we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll start processing your refund.
• The refund will be issued in the same way you made the original payment.
• Any transaction fees from the purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
• The refund amount will also depend on the current market value of the watch at the time of the refund.
