OFFICIAL STORE POLICY

1. AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

All timepieces sold by FS Fine Watches are 100% authentic and inspected before sale.

2. CONDITION DISCLOSURE

All watches are pre-owned unless otherwise stated and may show normal signs of wear. We make every effort to describe and photograph each item accurately. Minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with pre-owned items do not qualify as defects.

3. ALL SALES FINAL

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The item is accepted as-is
  • The sale is binding and non-reversible

4. RETURN EXCEPTION (DESCRIPTION DISCREPANCY ONLY)

Returns are ONLY accepted if the item is proven to be materially different from the original description. Material difference refers to significant discrepancies in the model, authenticity, or undisclosed major defects.

  • Customer must notify us within 3 days of receipt (maximum 5 days if applicable)
  • Return requests after this window will be automatically denied
  • The customer must provide clear photo or video evidence to support any claim

Conditions for approved returns:

  • The watch must be unworn
  • Must be unaltered (no sizing, polishing, or modification)
  • Must include all original contents:
  • Box
  • Papers
  • Warranty card (if applicable)
  • Extra links/accessories

5. RESTOCKING FEE

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping, handling, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

6. NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS

Returns will be rejected if:

  • The watch has been worn, sized, or altered
  • Any original items are missing
  • Damage occurs after delivery
  • Claim is based on buyer’s remorse, fit, or minor cosmetic wear

7. PAYMENT POLICY

All payments must be made via bank wire transfer unless otherwise agreed in writing by FS Fine Watches.
Orders will only be processed and shipped once full payment has been received and cleared.
Orders may be held or canceled if:

  • Payment verification fails
  • Fraud is suspected

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion before shipment.
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes outside the terms outlined in this policy.

8. SHIPPING POLICY

All items are shipped fully insured and tracked.
Signature may be required upon delivery.
FS Fine Watches is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
If a shipment is refused or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and applicable fees.

9. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Once the item is delivered and signed for, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
We are not liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage after delivery
  • Improper handling or misuse

10. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Unless explicitly stated, watches are sold without a manufacturer’s warranty.
Any warranty offered (if applicable) will be:

  • Clearly stated on the invoice
  • Limited in scope and duration

11. AGREEMENT

By purchasing from FS Fine Watches, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions listed above.
