How Selling Your Watch Works?

1. Get Your Free Quote

Send us your watch’s brand, model, reference number, condition, and a few photos. A specialist responds within one business day, or call (281) 757-7571 to talk to our buying team right away.

2. Visit In Person or Ship Securely

If you’re in Houston, come by 5444 Westheimer Rd for a same-day appraisal and an immediate offer. If you’re elsewhere, we’ll send a fully insured Easy Ship box and refund your shipping cost once the sale is complete.

3. Get Your Offer In Writing

Every offer is confirmed in writing after inspection, and there’s never pressure to accept. From there, sell outright for immediate payment or trade the full appraised value toward another watch in our inventory.

4. Get Paid Fast

Cash, check, or bank wire, whichever works for you. No consignment delays, no commissions, no hidden fees.

Your Selling Options

Sell Outright

Sell your pre-owned Rolex, Patek Philippe, Cartier, or any luxury watch directly to us for immediate cash, check, or bank wire at fair market value.

Trade Up

Put the full appraised value of your current watch toward anything in our inventory. Trade transactions also carry no sales tax in Texas, which makes upgrading more affordable than buying outright. Take a look at our pre-owned Rolex inventory or browse the full luxury watch inventory to see what’s currently in stock.

Consign

Not in a rush? Consigning with us can net more than an outright sale. There are no upfront fees, you agree to the final price before we list it, and you only pay once it sells.

Sell an Entire Collection

We buy individual watches and entire collections alike. Estate sales, divorce settlements, and downsizing are handled privately and professionally. Call (281) 757-7571 for a confidential consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions, Sell or Trade Your Watch in Houston

How much is my watch worth?

Value depends on the model, reference number, year, condition, and whether the original box and papers are included. A Rolex Submariner ref. 126610LN with a full set, for example, commands a noticeably higher price than the same watch without documentation. Call (281) 757-7571 for a free same-day appraisal.

What's the difference between selling outright and consigning?

Selling outright gets you paid immediately at a fixed price. Consigning typically nets a higher final return, but you wait until the watch sells, with no upfront fees either way.

Do I need the original box and papers to sell my watch?

No, but having them increases your watch’s value. We’ll still make an offer on a watch sold without box or papers.

Can I sell my watch if I'm not in Houston?

Yes. We provide a fully insured Easy Ship box for remote sellers and refund shipping costs once the sale is complete.

Is FS Fine Watches a pawn shop?

No. We’re a luxury watch buyer and dealer, not a pawn shop. There are no loan structures or redemption periods, just a straightforward appraisal and a confirmed offer in writing.
