Watch Warranty

FS Fine Watches is not an authorized dealer of the luxury watch brands we sell. The warranty takes effect from the date of purchase, and its duration and coverage are determined by the original
manufacturer’s policy. At FS Fine Watches, we stand by the quality of our timepieces. We offer a 2-year warranty covering the movement of your watch to ensure its precision and reliability.

Warranty Coverage Includes

  • Manufacturing defects in the movement that affect timekeeping accuracy.
  • Faults in internal mechanisms caused by production flaws.

What Isn’t Included in Your Warranty Protection

  • Aesthetic wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or fading on the case, bezel, or strap.
  • Crystal and glass damage, such as cracks or shattering due to impact.
  • Strap or bracelet wear, including damage to fabric, rubber, or leather bands.
  • Water damage from exposure beyond the manufacturer’s recommended resistance levels.
  • Accidental damage or misuse, including impacts or improper handling.
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or servicing by non-authorized watchmakers, which will void the warranty.

Repair Process:

  • Contact our customer support team to initiate a repair request.
  • Ship the watch to our service center for assessment.
  • Our watchmakers will evaluate the issue and determine the necessary repairs.
  • If covered under warranty, FS Fine Watches will cover the cost of parts and labor.
  • If the issue falls outside warranty coverage, we will provide a repair estimate for approval.
  • The repair timeline will vary based on the complexity of the issue.

For optimal care and longevity of your watch, we recommend the following:

  • Maintenance: Schedule maintenance for mechanical watches every 4 to 5 years.
  • Warranty Check: Verify your warranty status every 2 years.
    By adhering to these guidelines, you can ensure your watch remains in excellent condition for years to come.
